Frank is one of the leading industrial hygiene experts in the nation. He has
provided expert testimony on a host of hazardous chemicals to include the highly litigated asbestos
and benzene issues. Many of his cases have received national recognition. They have increased
awareness of the need for added safety precautions associated with exposure to hazardous chemicals
in the workplace. Frank's leadership in the asbestos arena has also been utilized by the State of
Texas. As a committee member, Frank has assisted and advised in the planning and writing of the initial
and current health regulations covering exposure to asbestos throughout the state. Frank was a founding
partner in 1982 of Southwest Occupational Health Services, Inc., that became Environmental Technologies,
Inc. (ETI) in 1986, which was absorbed by Caliche, Ltd. in 2004. He has served as a leader on the
industrial hygiene teams of Fortune 100 petrochemical companies at both the corporate and regional
levels. Frank recently served his community by completing two terms as Mayor. He retired as Colonel
from the United States Air Force Reserves, where he made significant contributions to the one of the
world's best industrial hygiene programs.

Gerry joined the Caliche team on August 8, 1988, at 8:00 am. He has over 36 years of
experience dealing with various environmental, health and safety issues. Gerry leads all operations
and is well known for his innovative style and "Can-Do Attitude"
throughout the region. Gerry is the primary contact for off shore and maritime operations and travels
extensively across the nation to advise, assist and implement our clients' industrial hygiene and
occupational safety programs. Prior to becoming a consultant, Gerry served 20 years in the
Bioenvironmental Engineering Corps of the US Air Force. In addition to managing and performing all
types of environmental, industrial hygiene and safety operations in the field, he served as a Master
Instructor at the Air Force's well-known School of Aerospace Medicine. There he taught officers and
enlisted troops industrial hygiene and environmental principles and how to perform scientific studies
to determine occupational exposures. Gerry has served as an officer on various professional organizations
to include the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Society of Safety Engineers.
